Cancellation policy:

As a courtesy to the therapist and other clients Tone and Tan require at least 8 hours advance notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment(s) time to complete a consultation form to ensure you receive a treatment suited to your needs.
